Update or Delete my resume

I have worked at Taco Bell for couples last year got let go bc having a miscarriage. Worked at Walmart for a year. I was at cashier at Taco bell and did drive thru and at Walmart I was a cashier and had stock my aile at my cashier. Three years ago I worked at Wabash national building semi trailers
