Update or Delete my resume

I don't like to give resume listings... But I have worked at most facilities in Butte. I prefer to have my expertise speak for my experience. I have worked at CCR and the veterans home and at the crest. I'm willing to do all CNA parts of the job. I am wondering what kind of position I would be in...
