Update or Delete my resume

I was a tow truck driver for twenty five years, and on auto parts driver for 3 years i'm 61 years old. I've never filled-out a resume before so this is new to me. I don't actually know what to put in here. I am punctual. Reliable and open to any hours. I have one accent on my driving record...
