Update or Delete my resume

Worked at genrations of vernon for a year. worked at jacks for four months had to leave bc of family matter.I'm eighteen i have two kids.I rather work day time . I can't work Fridays Saturday or Sunday I have always been on time. I'm looking for cashier job.
