Update or Delete my resume

I can clean, work in a restaurant, work in a warehouse sifting recycled items, worked as log splitter, was a caretaker, babysitter, foster home for animals. I've had 5 kids and I'm trying to get on my feet. I really need this job. Please consider me. I'm 34, female.
