Update or Delete my resume

I don’t have one I need to do an update one . I have 3 yr medical assembly work for medical smith in Oakdale Minnesota. And 3 yr in Boston scientific like in 1999 till 2005. I’m bilingual Spanish and English . I read write English I did graduate high school
