Update or Delete my resume

I am a woman who has loss of a leg I have worked where I use to live, in a grocery store as a cashier .I have done housekeeping .I haven't had many jobs because a lot of places will not give someone like me an opportunity to work for them,but I don't let anything stop me from doing my job.
