I have completed a degree program in Computer and Information Systems Security with an emphasis in Business Continuity and Organizational Security, and Windows Operating Systems and Security. In addition, as a Department of Defense Employee, I fulfilled the duties of Departmental Automated Data Processing Security Officer, responsible for the inventory, repair, and administration of nine separate LAN Systems, the creation of a Risk Analysis and Management program, analysis and implementation of Contingency Planning, and the overall security of all Department Information Systems assets. I also was responsible for packaging and transporting the Security System to six additional training sites around the Pacific Rim. I hold 12 certificates in Emergency management from the Federal Emergency Management Agency and am certified as an Information System Security Professional and a Security System Administrator by the National Security Agency.

I am an experienced Training Professional, with a strong background in Curriculum Design and Development. I have trained all levels, from apprentice workers to upper level executives in courses of study as diversified as Prevention of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace to Naval Aviation Maintenance Management, and Management Information Systems Administration. I was the Course Curriculum Model Manager for the U. S. Navy's course of instruction, “Naval Aviation Command Maintenance Information System (NALCOMIS) System Administrator”, consisting of 120 hours of instruction. I was the Western Regional Trainer for Verio Inc., where I developed and taught the Customer Provisioning with HP Service Desk. I also developed the DataTrax User training, and consulted on the development of the Lenel Security training.

I have managed teams as small as three individuals to as large as 250 person Aircraft Maintenance Departments, and I have improved performance, production, and morale of every team I managed.

I have received a 500-Hour Sick Leave Accumulation Award, a One-Year Zero Sick Leave Award, Three Outstanding Performance Awards, numerous Superior Performance Awards, was twice selected as the Aviation Specialized Operations Training Group Pacific Fleet (FASOTRAGRUPAC) “Civilian of the Quarter”, FASOTRAGRUPAC “Civilian of the Year”, and received a Quality Step Increase.

I am an elected member of the Milton Washington City Council, a past member of the Parks Commission for the City of Milton Washington, a past member of the Milton Washington Board of Economical Development Commissioners, and a past commander of VFW Post 11401.
