Client : Jinkorp International Inc

Project Description:

We have built an E-suite application for Jinkorp International Inc which is a leading Travel Management company in India. This web based application based on the booking done by the customer or the clients who have tie up with Jinkorp for the business travel and help the management of the organization to monitor the performance of all the bookings done by the customer according to region and according to client wise.

Responsibilities:

• Conducted several Requirement Gathering Sessions (RGS) for gaining detailed requirements and finalizing Business Requirement Document.

• Translated Business requirements to functional and technical language with the help of Use cases and UML diagrams for developers.

• Used IBM Rational Requisite for requirements management and saved requirements modules of database.

• Functioned as a primary bridge between the business, operations, and the technical areas throughout the project cycle.

• Participated in meetings with Sr. Business Analyst and managers and discussed about various process plans, business process, and functionality in detail.

It has been developed with latest UI technology and used multiple web service calls for address, ZIP and vehicle information validation. It is developed to issue the insurance policy, saves policy holder information. User can validate and save vehicle, driver and accident/violations/claims information. Payment and Purchase modules have been developed for Policy.

Responsibilities:

• Created the Business case based on the requirements captured from the Business Customer

• Participated in review meeting with Business customers to get sign off.

• Assisted the design team by providing them business scenarios for creation of analysis design and detailed design.

• Reviewed the scenario prepared by testing team, provided review comments.

• Assisted the project manager with Business requirements for Project scope, scheduling, and costing.

• Responsible for managing staff and resolving customer grievances

Project#3 : Appointmentbee

Client : Excellent Software Inc., Australia

Project Description:

Appointmentbee is a web based online appointment booking portal (www.appointmentbee.com) for providers all over the world. Using this portal their clients can schedule their appointment with their providers through online. We have also created some features like automated SMS and automatic e-mail confirmation of the appointment made by the client to increase user’s utilization. In this product my responsibility is to prepare the Business requirement documents, UML diagrams, handle the requirements and handle the changes and coordinating with the senior business analyst & development team.
