Managed RBS and RNC software upgrades through the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) from testing phases to full market deployment within the AT&T network.
• On-site project manager planning and supervising new RBS and RNC software release upgrades to the AT&T Bridgeport, Connecticut market.
• Coordinated work between Ericsson Global Software Management in Sweden and the AT&T to determine features of up-coming software releases.

• Managed design and implementation of all manufacturing systems for a new factory in Reynosa, Mexico, resulting in $500K annual savings compared to traditional model.
• Spearheaded company-wide implementation of new industry standard MEID format replacing ESN resulting in Nokia being the first handset manufacturer to complete the transition.
• Selected for Short Term International Transfer (STIT) in 2008, living in Finland and Hungary for eight months acting as Cutover and SAP Technical Implementation Manager for creation of a new factory in Cluj, Romania.
