UNITED STATES AIR FORCE -- LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

• Directed, administered and coordinated functions of the maintenance group in accordance with policies and strategic objectives.

• Partnered with GE, Pratt-Whitney, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin’s modification teams on customer generated projects and program schedules.

• Maximized the staff utilization and capacity through mentoring & development and synchronizing weekly and daily work schedules affecting 1,600 maintenance personnel.

• Designed and implemented the integrated master plan and schedule to meet all wing, command objectives.

• Manages the Engine Lead the Fleet (Pacer) program – a program providing early intelligence on engine integrity, reliability, and maintainability before a majority of the fleet is impacted.

• Reviewed progress against deadline -- recommending schedule revisions, manpower adjustments and other corrective actions to deliver project completion.

• Selected to train NATO and other U.S. allies (Poland, UAE, Israel, Romania and Saudi Arabia) on scheduling theories (aircraft phase management, predictive maintenance, etc.) helping enlisted personnel and Officers understand how to practically apply theory to accomplishing their country’s military objectives.

• Coordinates maintenance and repair dispositions with field/depot operations (i.e., Warner Robbins, Hill and Brooks Air Force Base) to refurbish and enhance airframe platforms.

• Developed & implemented maintenance plan to support mission requirements for 13 aero-medical aircraft transferring critical patients from battlefield to treatment facilities.

• Maximized the availability of serviceable aircraft by ensuring timely response to modification orders (i.e., Time Compliance Technical Orders)

• Review historical data and trends to determine the upcoming aircraft capacity on an annual and rolling basis in order to execute the annual Flying Hour Program.
