UNITED STATES AIR FORCE -- LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
• Directed, administered and coordinated functions of the maintenance group in accordance with policies and strategic objectives.
• Partnered with GE, Pratt-Whitney, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin’s modification teams on customer generated projects and program schedules.
• Maximized the staff utilization and capacity through mentoring & development and synchronizing weekly and daily work schedules affecting 1,600 maintenance personnel.
• Identifies material requirements on sold work packages and orders accordingly based on JIT (just in time) principles. Tracks and reports any material delivery issues to all departments prior to aircraft arrival. • Manages the Engine Lead the Fleet (Pacer) program – a program providing early intelligence on engine integrity, reliability, and maintainability before a majority of the fleet is impacted.

• Selected to train NATO and other U.S. allies (Poland, UAE, Israel, Romania and Saudi Arabia) on scheduling theories (aircraft phase management, predictive maintenance, etc.) helping enlisted personnel and Officers understand how to practically apply theory to accomplishing their country’s military objectives.
• Coordinates maintenance and repair dispositions with field/depot operations (i.e., Warner Robbins, Hill and Brooks Air Force Base) to refurbish and enhance airframe platforms.
• Developed & implemented maintenance plan to support mission requirements for 13 aero-medical aircraft transferring critical patients from battlefield to treatment facilities.
• Maximized the availability of serviceable aircraft by ensuring timely response to modification orders (i.e., Time Compliance Technical Orders)
• Review historical data and trends to determine the upcoming aircraft capacity on an annual and rolling basis in order to execute the annual Flying Hour Program.
