I have supported 3500 end users computers in the courts. I have been responsible for patch management, software updates and testing of all new software versions. I have setup images (Ghost) and have managed the roll out over 1500 computers to end users for desktop refresh projects. Responsible for printer and copier networking and hardware support. I handled over 25 helpdesk calls per day on average to troubleshoot end user issues by phone, though remote tools or onsite service. I have extensive experience working with warranty issues on hardware replacement.

Advanced experience in supporting Microsoft applications such as Office's word, excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project Manager. I have supported network printers and local printers to include defining naming conventions, IP reservations and labeling. PDA support and various peripheral device trouble shooting was part of my responsibility.

Acting as the technical project manager I was successful in the co-location of five Justice Courts and Superior Courts. These multimillion-dollar projects were a very large responsibility to supervise, coordinate the construction, build out, budgetary issues, and network setup. I successfully communicated with architects, engineers, court administrators, and technical groups. Reported to court administration the forward movement of the projects, timelines, budget reports, as well as the areas where we could improve.

I accomplished the development and support structure for the Electronic-Court room recording technology. This has saved the Arizona Superior Courts hundreds of thousands of dollars, an example of making technology an asset for transcription and dictation services.

I implemented a video arraignment solution for the Sheriff’s department and cities to save money on prisoner transportation to and from the courts. This forward-thinking idea has had a tremendous savings to the individual cities in Maricopa County and provides additional safety by eliminating possible prisoner escapes.

In a formal classroom environment I have trained staff and end users, created instructional manuals for judicial staff and technology departments. This includes implementing new change management policy.
