Seeking employment as a construction superintendent and willing to relocate. I have managed large projects in many states including Texas, New Mexico, Virginia and Florida.

Employment History:

1984 – Present Austin Commercial, LP

Senior Superintendent responsible for the completion of all phases of various projects including healthcare, aviation, industrial, advanced technology, high rise and sports facilities. Duties include the review of plans, scheduling of work, tracking job costs, managing daily field operations, supervision of subcontractors and self performing crews, weekly payroll reporting, productivity tracking, quality control, overall project safety and coordination with the architects and owners to ensure the project is completed to the owner’s satisfaction.

Superintendent – Extensive experience with cast in place concrete structures including high rise, parking garages, wall forming systems, deck forming systems including flying tables, self climbing shaft wall systems, EFCO Plate Girder form systems and many others. Experience with structural steel frames, interior finishes and civil work. Extensive experience with tower cranes and crawlers including job site logistics in determining the most efficient and safest type cranes to use for the project. Experience on multiple projects with post tension construction including single and multi-strand gang tendons.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE – Selected Projects

• Fairfield Dadeland – 1 Million sq ft. Mixed Use Condo/Retail Facility – Miami, FL – Senior Superintendent responsible for entire project with five superintendents under my direction.

• 1600 Ponce – 13 Story Office Building – Coral Gables, FL – Senior Superintendent responsible for entire project with four superintendents under my direction.

• RULOB – Laboratory and Office Building for the Los Alamos National Lab – Los Alamos, NM - Senior Superintendent responsible for self performed formwork including walls, decks, rebar, and concrete place and finish on this $150 Million Project that was built to NQA1 Nuclear Standards.

• North Broward Hospital District – ADA Compliance Project – Ft. Lauderdale, FL – Senior Superintendent responsible for entire project at 4 different hospitals. All projects ACHA inspected.

• Miami International Airport AA North Terminal Program - $1.5 Billion airport terminal building – Miami, FL – Senior Superintendent responsible for the D Extension Section with eight superintendents working under my direction.

• Infineon Technologies – 100,000 SF Clean Room Expansion and FAB Support Space – Richmond, VA – Superintendent in charge of clean room expansion with five superintendents working under my direction.

• USSA McDermott Building Expansion – San Antonio, TX - 1 Million SF Addition of Office Space with Kitchen/Dining Area and Parking Garages – Structural Superintendent in charge of all structure work including cast in place columns and walls and field engineering.

• Chaparral Steel Mill – 750,000 SF State of the Art Steel Mill – Richmond, VA – Superintendent in charge of everything in the Rolling Mill including all self performed formwork and place and finish work.

• Structural Superintendent – Responsible for all aspects of self performed formwork/structural work on various projects including: waffle table structures on semi conductor facilities for Advanced Micro Devices and Texas Instruments, horse racing facility including seven story grandstands completed in eleven months for Lone Star Park, 315,000 SF prison dormitory for the State of Texas, cast in place parking garages for American Airlines Corporate Headquarters, and several concrete structure high rise buildings in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.
