The Web Application manages accounting and finance system of eMerchant Bank system. eMB has two sub systems, Transaction System (TS) and Accounting and Finance System (AFS). AFS captures information about the payments and receipts. AFS is responsible for sending the required data to the TS. Users for AFS are the employees of the Merchant Bank.

Description :
Freight Audit and Payment (FAP) Audits Freight and Accessorial charges and validates Invoices against delivery notices. The basic function of FAP is to automate the freight audit process and initiate payment to carriers. This is achieved by matching and auditing expected freight costs against invoiced charges and posting audited freight charges to the general ledger at the item level, including accrual entries for unpaid or un-invoiced charges incurred during a given fiscal period. Freight Payment involves the Invoice Generation for the Movement Actual. FAP communicate with the Suite of Transportation planning.
