LEM COORDINATOR/COST CONTROL

Responsible for issuing weekly lems using insight/excel, issue pre-lems and work with cost controls to ensure coding is correct, verify, approve and post time batches in JD Edwards, prepare and submit payment certificates to client. Also adjust and correct any discrepancies the client has with the PC’s, which involved working close with sub-contracts, payroll and HR. Cost coding timesheets and material as required.

CAMECO CORPORATION ( October 2010 - May 2011)

Revision of contracts as required, reconcile and generate payment certificates, billing for issuance of payment certificates, and all other administrative duties.

MIKISEW ENERGY SERVICES (May 2009- October 2010)

PAYROLL /CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

Responsible for administering payroll for union & non-union employees. Preparing and processing weekly payroll to approximately 400 employees using Clarity.
