• Extensive exposure to various operations on Automotive Coatings application Line for painting of TATA Motors, Fiat, Mercedes Benz and Volkswagen body shells.

• Techno-commercial support for BASF products including Basecoats, Clearcoats, Monocoats, Primer surfacers.

• Forecasting the sales plan, co-coordinating batch schedules and inventory management.

• Co-ordinate with R&D to effect continuous improvement of product based on feedback from customer.

• Exposure to manual as well as robotic bell application of automotive paints

• Handling of problems at various stages such as Paint kitchen, PT, CED, dry sanding, surfacer, wet sanding, topcoat application, polishing line, touchup and providing technical expertise for resolving the same.
