The users can request detailed or summary reports through Agent Center by providing the policy information and date range. Cold Fusion was used as front-end and Oracle was used as back-end. Mainframe testing, System testing and Regression testing were performed manually. Mercury Quality Center was used for defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Involved in reviewing Business Requirements Document and the Technical Specifications.

Description: Image Viewer Services (IVS) is a middleware application hosted as a web service. The interaction between IVS and the client application is SOAP over HTTP. It is a browser application used to retrieve and view digital images for research purposes. The purpose of this project is to load test various IVS services and develop regression test scripts to test the application. Mercury Virtual User Generator (Vugen) and Performance Center are used to create and run the load test scripts. Regression test scripts are developed using Quick Test Professional (QTP) and Test Director is used for defect tracking.

Worked on regression testing across core banking, ABM, POS, IVR, online banking, Fraud and AML, collections, call center applications for end to end banking solutions

Responsibilities

• Analyzed the requirements and technical specifications and created the Load test plan and Master Test Plan.
