o 2000 cubic yard cast in place concrete pump station.

o Installation of two 80,000 gpm vertical turbine pumps.

o Installation of two 650 hp diesel motor drives.

o Concrete mortar lined welded steel discharge piping and associated yard piping.

• Eldorado Hills WWTP Phase IIIb Expansion, NCPWA Project of the Year – Large Facilities, $55 Million, January 2008 – January 2010.

o New Facilities include 4M gallon Equalization System, Headworks Facility, Biofilter, Sludge Digester, Gas Flare, UV System, DAF System, MCC and SCADA Controls, all associated Yard Piping, and Administration Building. Refurbished two sedimentation basins, added two additional tertiary filters, excavated and concrete lined the retention basins.

• Vacaville Irrigation District Monte Vista Pump Station, $2.2 Million, June 2007 – January 2008.

o Demolition and replace existing MCC Controls and Pump Station Piping. Added new Standby Generator and upgraded transformer.

• EBMUD Sedimentation Basin Rehabilitation, $3.8 Million, April 2006 – July 2006.

o Demolition and replacement of Chain and Flight System.

o Installation of new Control Gates and concrete resurfacing of Sedimentation Basins.

• Vallejo Sanitation District Odor Control Project, $6.2 Million, April 2005 – April 2006.

o Demolition and conversion of existing Sludge Tank to Biofilter. New equipment installation included FRP and HDPE Ductwork, Blowers, and Biotower Domes, Plant Site Waste Pump Station and associated Yard Piping, new Liquefied Natural Gas Backup Generator Conversion.
