Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Multi-centre study to evaluate the safety of drug in Healthy Adult Subjects. Generated listings, tables and graphs for various phases and visits on an hourly, daily and weekly basis.

Academic Project:

Polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) is a Polyhydroxyalkanotes (PHA), a polymer belonging to

the polyesters class. PHB is a intracellular storage molecule and produced by micro-organisms apparently in response to conditions of physiological stress (high carbon source). The main purpose of this study is to isolate the bacteria from municipal waste sludge and to produce PHB from it. Further the isolated bacterium was known to be Bacillus subtilis.
