My current job –at 9/07 I was asked by one of the biggest flexo and gravure printing company in Israel – CARGAL FLEXIBLE PACKAGING LTD –to come and work for them as a printing producer .the process of leaving Pioneer and moving to work at Cargal was coordinated between the two companies and with there full approval . At Cargal flexible packaging I'm in charge of coordinating between the studio and the customer and the cylinders/plates manufacturer and our printing machines so the printed result will be the best for the customer and to my company . the job includes planning screens, No. of colors, layout,Small corrections for the artworks if needed, making orders for cylinders and plates for the artworks. I also advise customer in planning the layout of the pouch or the unit.
4/2005-9/2007 – I work at PIONEER LTD- a company that manufacture plates for the flexo printing and gravure cylinders for the roto gravure printing – I started as the production manager of the gravure department –where I was in charge of the production of cylinders for the press companies -that included from producing the iron cylinder, copper coating, cylinder engraving,chrome coating and finally prof approving .after 1.5 years at this job I was asked to take the a new job in the factory as a customer manager – the job requirements where to be a coordinator between the printer, the end customer and the
designer studio and preparing the artwork in the best way for best result when printed.
10/94-3/2005- I started working in a factory named GLOBAL ROTO SHEKA LTD,
it is a roto gravure and flexo printing company for the food packaging industry .
I started as a quality controller at the laboratory and after that I got an additional job as the computer manager. This job involve teaching workers to use all software’s that are in use in the factory, solving problems in the computers systems ( machines and network ), I was also involve in writing,editing the ISO 9002 book of the factory.
At the year 2000 I was promoted to the job of producing manager, a job that involve managing all the orders for the cylinders and cliché for new products, giving to the manufacturer all the data and information that is needed including No. of colors for the product, screens, color separation, layout of the units on the cylinder or cliché . the job includes also managing the cylinders inventory, ink inventory, approving invoice for cylinders and cliché that has been ordered .
In this job I have to coordinate between my factory and the graphics studio, the manufacturer of cylinders or cliché and the costumer ( the food industry ) Like : Coca cola, Nestle,Unilever and more.
EDUCATION
79-83 - I graduate high school.
88-89 - I graduate and got a diploma and license of an Travel agent.
10/91-9/93 - I study, and graduate as a practical engineer of plastic.
- Military service - I served 3 years in the IDF finished service as a first sergeant.83-86
NOTE
1 ) Know very well all windows operating systems, office pro + developer
2) Know Photoshop, illustrator, and ERP program –MOVEX .
3 ) Hebrew ( speaking and writing ), English ( speaking and writing ), French ( speaking )
My Expectation: as though I'm working today, I am looking to move to another country.
At the new job I am looking for new challenges.
