Telecom NZ mobile (CDMA) billing and business area application support, general fault, change and service management for existing CDR Billing production application suite (Billdats & Kenan Arbor) having a multitude of inter-dependencies with other applications including ICMS, PROBE, NetBits and Intec’s Inter-mediatE and Singl.eView via interfaces.

Arbor Subject Matter Expert. Responsibility for day-to-day BAU rating, billing and roaming production issues incl. trouble-shooting/fault analysis, co-ordination and liaison with service providers (including EDS in-house teams and 3rd parties e.g. TSI-Syniverse clearing house etc), preparation and maintenance of fault documentation, ITIL and SOX compliance, maintenance of application information via in-house tools (SLA-driven problem, service and change management) as well as development and providing regular reports and metrics.

The position has been disestablished due to the sunset status of the billing suite and work force reductions.

PTC 'ERA' (T-Mobile Poland) is the largest Polish cell phone company.

As part of the 3rd level BSS Unit, I was responsible for GSM/GPRS/UMTS rating/billing systems operation (LHS BSCS, EHTP BMP, Portal Infranet), day-to-day BAU and 24/7 on-call standby maintenance, problem and service management as well as change deployment into production according to several SLAs, configuration of BMP and UC4 jobs, multitude of billing tests, liaison with Roaming Unit in TAP processing, performing TADIG tests (signing Test Certificates on behalf of 'ERA'), roaming billing operation, communication with data clearing houses (EDS, MACH), roaming billing issues, analyzing rating trends and KPIs, preparing reports, reviewing project documentation and procedures, providing sole support for several systems incl. e.g. debt collecting and IVR account balance.

I was also responsible for MS SharePoint Portal (175 sites, 8000 documents, dozens of users) and for liaison with MS developers.

PTC 'ERA' (T-Mobile Poland) is the largest Polish cell phone company.

As part of the 2nd level IT Technical Support Unit I was responsible for overall PC technical support according to the ITIL and ISO specifications, Service Level Agreements and corporate procedures. Responsibilities included hardware, software (multitude of business applications) and user maintenance of over 3000 PCs (Dell) using corporate tools (problem tracking applications, MS SMS, Citrix, TNG, Ghost, Legato Networker and many more). I was also involved in several software test and mass deployment inter-department projects.

As sole printer support SME for the entire corporation, I was also responsible for over 350 HP/Xerox/OCE/Lexmark printers - configuration, server drivers updates, liaison with suppliers etc.

My biggest achievement was a corporate scale painless print servers migration project (from old Windows NT4 to new Windows 2000 servers) involving planning, co-ordination and team management.

ProNet acted as outsourced team providing helpdesk service focused on Edipresse Poland (Polish branch of an international publishing company, the second countrywide publisher in Poland, well known for titles such as 'Przyjaciolka', 'Viva!', 'Uroda', 'Dom&Wnetrze' etc.).

Responsibility for supporting Edipresse Poland and several outer customers (Warsaw Polytechnic, sets of chambers and small companies) in general MAC/PC software, hardware and user maintenance, software and hardware inventory stocktaking, updating databases and hardware and network maps (Adobe Illustrator).
