We are constantly developing and improving our software so citizens of the United States always receive the highest quality 911 responses. Primary Duties: Associate Data Analyst:

Maintaining 911 databases in the south eastern region of the United States, solving wire line routing issues such as address changes, phone records and changes to the records for landline telephones and their companies. I maintain and build the area codes for telephone companies such as AT&T, Verizon, CTL, etc. Answering questions from Customer Clients, County Governments and Police/Sheriff Departments. My position was responsible for the correct routing of telephone numbers to Public Safety Answering Points, which is crucial to the safety and rescue of citizens. I am constantly in communications with State Governments Agency to insure the best services for the safety of thousands of people, making sure that all telephone numbers and addresses of counties and correct in several systems. With this high level of responsibility the requirements for effective communication skills, professional demeanor and an absolutely critical attention to detail with proficiencies in Microsoft Excel and word cannot be overlooked due to the enormity of lives that we hold in our hands every day.

Summer 2006-summer 2010; United States Marine Corps Team Leader:

Primary duties included the mental and physical readiness of a 4 man team of marines. I coordinated training and class schedules, and conducted highly detailed inspections of each individual under my charge. I had to make hard decisions fast and under intense stress and pressure. Was responsible for teaching several classes to hundreds of individuals in attendance utilizing tools to include, Microsoft power point, Microsoft word, and Microsoft excel. Clerical:

Managed Company wide training exorcises, organized dozens of training operations, and individually categorized hundreds of marines into nationwide classes and government training sites. I was responsible for researching and correctly entering, and processing hundreds of marines into government data bases and handling sensitive government documents and materials, utilizing tools such as Microsoft word and Microsoft excel. High attention to detail is strongly required due to the government clearance of said materials and a single clerical error can create large government and military mix-ups and problems. Education:
