Joined SNC Lavalin as System Integration Lead headquartered in Montreal Canada having more than 40 offices all over globe. Company markets of consultancy services in engineering, procurement and construction management projects. SNC clients are major players in Smelters, Power & Energy, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas sectors. Emirates Aluminium Smelter Project August 2008 to Present

Senior System Integration Team Lead (EMAL Phase 2 FEED)

• Responsible for design specification of EMAL Phase 2 FEED Automation, SCADA, IT Network and MES System standardization.

• Requirement definition of engineering specification for High Voltage SCADA System, Medium Voltage SCADA System and Low Voltage SCADA system by keeping Opera-tional and Maintenance cost saving and standardizing the Production and Information System.

• Requirement analysis of Level 2 and Level 3 systems integration design of EMAL Phase 1 with future Phase 2.

• Engineering specification for Energy Management System that will cover EMAL Phase 1 and Phase 2.

System Integration Lead (EMAL Phase 1)

• Responsible for commissioning of 400kv, 220kv, 33kv, 6.6kv and 400V ABB sub station automation system and Level 1, Level 2 manufacturing networks.

• Analyze technical requirement to assist and monitor vendor ABB during commissioning of automation system.

• Defined system scoping of process areas, energy areas and utility area’s of Aluminum Smelter on SLD’s, P&ID’s and PFD’s for operational handover of EMAL Smelter.

• Worked in defining commissioning procedures and instructions used for commissioning of Emirates Aluminum Smelter.

• Responsible for prioritizing energy systems commissioning requirements to ensure alignment with overall project schedule.

• Identify interfacing between systems and vendor packages to smooth system handover to client and eliminate commissioning risks.

• Responsible for red-up and handover of Manufacturing network, SCADA system and MES system to EMAL.

• Ensure the project conforms to client’s approved basis of Design and all applicable regu-latory and code requirements.
