The projects are Contracts and Benefit Determination (C&BD), DB2 Conversion, Member enhancements (ME), Mass Adjustments.

DESCRIPTION: Schedule and support weekly status meetings. Provide support for budgeting and staffing estimates. Align expectations of Application Solutions Office (ASO) team with the project teams. Manage and schedule infrastructure upgrades with appropriate teams. Manage and present Change Request’s for ASO and projects teams within CCB guidelines. Status reporting from CCSP projects to PEO. Status reporting on environment upgrades.

DELIVERABLES: Deliver on time environments to the multiple projects on multiple paths such as DEV, UIT, and SIT & UAT.

DESCRIPTION: Lead the development of Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) Estimators for Technology Consulting working with ADM team and near shore Global Delivery Network (GDN) resources. Responsible for leading all phases of TC (Technology Consultant) Estimator Development, including Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Calibrate, Test, Implementation and Deploy.

ROLE: IBM Rational ClearCase Administrator

PROJECT: ClearCase Administration Managed Service for a major international pharmaceutical company.

DESCRIPTION: Performed software configuration management (SCM) support services to several Accenture teams supporting business system development. Performed triage of SCM requests, then conducted activity planning with requesting team leads. Migrated source code from various SCM tools to the ClearCase SCM tool. Provided troubleshooting support to developers to resolve issues related to code promotions and software builds. Performed ClearCase tool administration, including installation of tool patches and upgrades.

DELIVERABLES: SCM Standard Operating Procedures related to ClearCase administration and team support.

ROLE: Software Configuration Management Specialist

PROJECT: Sales System Standardization for a major international telecommunications equipment manufacturer.

DESCRIPTION: Project to consolidate and standardize the sales force automation tools into a common web-based platform. Defined master configuration management schedule for the sales system development project. Performed software configuration management (SCM) services using CVS SCM tool, including merging, branching and build execution for parallel new development releases. Defined plan for mock deployment, and executed mock deployments for key releases.

DESCRIPTION: Performed software configuration management and build management activities in support of major new product development project. Using the Electric-Cloud build management tool, defined automated build and unit-testing process for distributed builds across multiple LINUX servers. After implementing automated build and unit-testing process, achieved a 60 percent improvement of software build times. Developed and delivered configuration management process training for all project members. Course was recorded for Motorola University to be re-used for self-paced online training by other teams. Functioned as liaison between the project development team and the Change Management team. Coordinated the change management process using ClearQuest change management tool. Developed software engineering processes for configuration management, which were reviewed as part of a successful CMMI SCAMPI Level-3 assessment, and a KEMA TL9000 Certification Audit of the project.

DESCRIPTION: Performed software configuration management activities in support of major new product development project, using the Rational ClearCase configuration management tool. Created new project VOBs (CMDB) and streams. Performed troubleshooting for software engineers experiencing problems with ClearCase and multiSite. Developed and tested ClearCase triggers for monitoring and enforcing SCM policies in the VOB. Participated in development and testing of Baseline Engine tool (which automates the baseline process including merging developer’s code to the release mainline, and applying labels and releasing the new baseline.) Performed Build automation, including development of 'make' file scripts. Created software media for field deployment. Performed tool administration activities for MultiSite, including file synchronization, branch mastership, site replication, and correcting corrupted replicas. Performed Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) and Functional Configuration Audits (FCA) and generated management reports. Generated and analyzed SCM metrics as part of the configuration management and monitoring process, such as Line-of-Code (LOC) statistics and repository size statistics.
