• Created new processes and procedures used by QA team to test applications, web based services and core products deployed in a data center.
• Worked with department managers to develop release management processes for builds to flow to QA and into production quickly, consistently and with reduced errors.
• Identified specific test processes that work in conjunction with Waterfall, Iterative, Scrum and third party certification development utilized by 40+ application engineers.

• Drove the roll out of a new test strategy for all development organizations. This required presentation to senior management and training for all development managers.
