In this position I established and implemented the national planning and forecasting process for a 120+ location organization with the use of Hyperion Enterprise, Essbase, Hyperion Financial Reports, Shared Services, Web analysis and the excel add-in. I assisted the CEO and CFO in creation of presentations for both US Management meetings, as well as the UK Board. I developed a series of reporting and analysis tools (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) used by the Executives, UK holding company and the field. I provided training to all field and corporate personnel. I was also responsible for the on-going development, maintenance and data integrity for the Hyperion systems.
