Senior Program Lead

• Managing program deliverables, timelines and budgets for next generation audio and infotainment systems, for Chrysler, Fiat and Maserati platforms. Coordinating development work on 4 audio/navigation systems across 3 different vehicle lines. Product Design Engineer (Contract)

• Responsible for the design, development and specifying the requirements to launch the next generation audio systems for 2 major vehicle lines. Compiled the product requirements and system specifications for these audio systems in the DOORS database.

• Actively interfaced with the Product and Interior Design Group, and assisted in overall HMI development of the product by coordinating a number of customer clinics and feedback workshops for next gen radios. Incorporated “Voice of Customer” study results into the feature design of these products at a very early design stage, and these features comprise 60% of the current feature set that the radio offers.

• Performed Market research and bench marking of various OEM audio products and prepared comparative analysis charts to help perk up the next generation product specifications.

• Coordinated the RFQ process for sourcing of the next generation of head unit business to multiple automotive suppliers.

• Attended all the program/technical reviews with various suppliers as part of the pre-sourcing process.
