Hired as a pressman,however owner decide to use me as a maintenance man instead. I maintained Goss Community press. Jobs included (but not limited to), setting or replacing rollers,blankets,rubbers(on folder). Replacing nips,trolleys,backup plates,etc...

Supervisor - Miami Offset-Miami,Fl., Mar 2003 - Jun 2008

Hired as a pressman. Iwas then promoted to Supervisor to run night shift printing daily newspapers such as New York Post,New York Daily News and Daily Racing Form. All printed on Goss Urbanite offset web press.

Supervisor - Florida Offset-Miramar,Fl., Sep 1988 - Jan 2003

Hired as a pressman on the USA Today shift,on Goss Urbanite press. I then was promoted to weekend shift supervisor,until USA Today supervisor left, I then took over that shift,until they needed me to take over 2nd shift commercial supervisor

Supervisor - No. Virginia Sun-Arlington,VA., Aug 1986 - Aug 1988

Hired as a pressman,was promoted to night shift supervisor running daily newspaper on Goss Community press.

Pressman/Assistant Supervisor - Miami Herald-Miami,Fl., Jan 1980 - Jan 1985

Hired as pressman trainee on Goss Headliner Mark 2 letterpress worked my way up to assistant crew supervisor.

Reel tender - National Enquirer-Pompano,Fl., Sep 1973 - Nov 1978

This the job that started my printing career. Started as a reel tender on Goss 3 reel spider and eventually promoted to pressman trainee, on Goss Headliner letter press.
