To obtain a Systems/Software Engineer position in the area of software architectures for real-time performances especially shared and distributed memory, QA testing with large data sets and User Experience testing, data security and backup system, application development.

PROJECTS

[1]. PEPTID: Protein Engine for Parsing and Transformating BioInformatics Data. The goal of this project is to develop a variety of software tools that facilitate the interpretation, analysis, and visualization of molecular data. Java and R-Project are used to build this software

[2]. Spy Logger on Android System: a spyware application that is running in the background of Android smart phone that record sneakily interesting information and transfer it to the third party to do analysis sensitive data for purposes. The program was built in Android 2.3.3 with Eclipse 3.5 and Java 1.6

[3]. Crater Detection: A heuristic approach to detect craters. Python and Weka were used for the project

[4]. Smart Card Testing Tools: Design and build a testing tool to extract useful information on smart card using cryptographic protocols. C++ language was used for the project

[5]. Effect of Network Topology on Network Coding Performance: investigate how network coding affects the performance of linear network coding under various types of network topology. Python was used to study this project
