• Developed comprehensive cost benefit analysis for the procurement and sustainment of weight and balance requirements to be utilized by the DoD and our allied nations on the Joint Strike Fighter F-35A, F-35B, and F-35C.
• Developing first ever OO-ALC F-35 crash recovery checklist while working for the Joint Strike Fighter JPO (Joint Program Office) to ensure proper F-35 mishap recovery.
• Assisted in the development of a time compliance technical order database for the F-35. Streamlining the depot mod package process by generating an output of all due time compliance technical orders under each individual panel while in depot status. The database will save the OO-ALC numerous man hours and aircraft downtime.
• Supervise and perform depot-level maintenance, modifications and major aircraft over haul in support of the Ogden Air Logistics Center worldwide maintenance commitments to Active, Reserve, Air National Guard units, and allied nations.

Aircraft Fuel Systems Craftsman 388 CMS Hill AFB, Utah
• Assigned as an aircraft fuel system repair section shift lead with the responsibility of supervising the daily work activities and training of 30 subordinate airmen, as well as directing and prioritizing aircraft maintenance.
• Provided effective leadership and guidance to a shop of 12 technicians in overseeing and directing the maintenance of squadron aircraft as lead technician during 7-month deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
• Awarded “red X” orders as a Senior Airman and given lead technician spot due to unsurpassed maintenance standards. Leadership affirmed, “First Senior Airman to receive red X orders in last 10 years”.
• Orchestrated a comprehensive aircraft fuel leak prevention initiative, resulting in the identification and repair of over 508 leaks. The initiative cut aircraft abort rates by 26%.

Aircraft Fuel Systems Journeyman 8th MXS Kunsan AB, ROK
• NCOIC (non-commissioned officer in charge) of aircraft external fuel tank maintenance section. Outstanding leadership abilities drove the fuel tank maintenance section to earn a 100 percent pass rate in 2009 on 72 quality assurance inspections.
• Launched an extensive equipment account asset accountability program for external fuel tanks. The result was 100% accountability and serviceability of 2.7M dollars in assts.
• Coordinated a 5 year inspection of 312 war reserve material fuel tanks, ensuring 8.3M dollars in assets were accounted for and fully mission capable.

• Initiated and executed 230 fuel systems phase inspections to ensure aircraft were thoroughly inspected and properly maintained in a safe and airworthy condition. Inspections resulted in 8.3K savings in preventative maintenance repairs.
