A highly talented Painter with experience in performing skilled painting work - applying paints, solvents, sealants, and caulk to wood, plaster, sheet rock, concrete, and synthetic interior and external finishes involved in construction, maintenance, repair - required to maintain facilities in safe and efficient condition.

• Competent to prepare cost estimates for projects.

• Specialize in wood surface preparation, staining, and/or sealing techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to plan work schedules and assign duties; ability to provide or arrange for training.

• Specialize in commercial and residential painting.

• Versed and high skilled in all phases of painting from start to finish.

• Quality workmanship.

• Provide faux and custom specialty finishes.
