• Ensured the consistency and quality of the interface agreements between the systems, enhance Lightspeed Interfaces standards (SOA) and processes.
• Successfully covered integration of the Lightspeed ordering system and CRM processes with Legacy and other Amdocs and non-Amdocs applications. Focused on architecture of process and data flow definitions as well as interfaces of the ordering track to surrounding systems.

Development of the Next generation court system, for the Israeli court house.
• Responsible for the development done by Ness (main contractor) as part of this project as well as overall responsibility over subcontractors, program integration, and budget.
• Program scale is hundreds of man years, bringing new complexity within new technologies to the court management and creating a smart data archive.
• Leading the analysis process of co-existence of old systems with new releases.
• Leading the programs management, this includes implementation of distributed Microsoft Project. Architecture used: Microsoft DOT Net/C#, Web-Services, Oracle.
• Leading the methodology process using Rational suite lifecycle tools.
• Led the launch of first proof of concept web-site for lawyer’s usage.
Development Manager, 1999 – 2002
Cross Israel highway billing system.
• Responsible for the development of the billing and customer care system (CRM) for the Cross Israel toll highway. Lead the system architecture, development methodology and technical development of the project.
• Project scale is 70 man years, bringing development of a system with product orientation, and implementation of Siebel CRM.
• Initiated the teams and led the development of phase 1, within time, quality and budget.
• Architecture and tool used: Object Oriented design, using UML and Rational suite lifecycle tools, C++, DCOM & Corba.
Project Manager in Digital (Compaq), 1995 – 1999
Israeli Ministry of Interior - Information systems for external customers.
• Responsible for design and implementation of the system and interfaces with outside parties. The system was outsourced to Digital (later Compaq /HP)
• Project scale is tens man years, with the innovation of a customer lower cost interfaces generator designed in Object oriented.
• Led the project to a smooth clear-cut production.
• Architecture and tool used: Object Oriented using C++, ACMS /DEC forms and DMQ, on VMS/Alpha and Ingres DB.
DBA in Visa Israel, 1993 – 1994
Worked in a DBA team of Israel Credit Cards Company (ICC / Visa).
• Brought innovated data layer generator, for accessing the DB.
• The project was based on an RDB database.
