Seeking position as cnc machine operator programmer/or manual machinist
SUMMARY
Possess over twenty one years experience in precision machining. Skills Include ability to operate computerized cnc lathes such as quick-turn Mazak, Okuma LB25 and Bardons & Oliver. Fadal cnc mill, Shibaura cnc HBM, L’ine Macbore cnc mill. Also the use of Fanuc, Allen Bradely and Siemens controlled mills and lathes . The ability to program and edit G-code, M-code and conversational controlled machinery. I have extensive experience with many different types of manual metal working machines, Bridgeport type mills, HBMs, VTLs, engine lathes, surface grinders, drills , jig bores, tracer lathes, grinders, drill presses, power hacksaws, bandsaws, pipefitting equipment etc.. My experience includes using a variety of precision measuring instruments and includes knowing how to read blueprints, perform shop math, trigonometry, use charts, build and set up machinery, perform work as a rigger, operate overhead cranes, and execute maintenance on cnc and manual machine shop equipment. Also I have internal combustion engine repair abilities.
