Project Planning & Management consultancy provided and Primavera Implementation done for following Organizations’:

1. NUCLEAR POWER CORPORATION INDIA LTD KKNPP (8K MW) VVER 1000/V-412 ‘VIII’ UNITS),

Development of integrated project plan covering 304 sub-projects, 1000’s of system and live information about drawings and equipment supply from Russia, India and third country for 8000 MW Kudan Kulam Nuclear Power Project, estimated cost Rs 24000 Cores (Approx). Reactor model VVER 1000/V-412 for all the eight units, for monitoring the entire project’s design, procurement, execution and controlling. Total No.s of activities are more than 04 Lakhs (L1, L2, L3 & L4) in project schedule with multi cross matrix of accountability and agencies-wise scope with duration, timelines, cost and resources.

2. UEM (Water Treatment Projects for ONGC).

Project planning, tracking and monitoring for six water treatment projects for ONGC spread in various geographical spread in India. 600 Cub M/Day to 5000 Cub M/Day at Gandhar, Limbodara, Kalol III, Kalol IV, Nawagam, Jhalora and two projects for their client SAIL too.

3. MINISTRY OF DEFENCE, DRDO, DELHI,

Implementation of Project Professional Management for their R&D projects across various geographical spreads, wherein we achieved collaborative, and centralized project information which delivers live project status & forecasting for in-progress projects.

4. MAYAR GROUP, GURGAON.

Project Name: SEZ, wherein defining planning guidelines & methodology for monitoring & forecasting of SEZ project execution. Sync Cost billing break-up, BOQ/BOM, Document management & Schedule using primavera EPPM & Contract Management technologies.

5. ANSALDO SIGNALS (RAILWAY SIGNALING PROJECT),

Indian Railway project, Here I was responsible for the monitoring of their schedules wherein Time, Resource movement and earned cost were included. Our team implemented earned value management for their Indian Railway Signaling Project (Delhi to Kanpur) a stretch of 217 Km.

6. ELECON ENGINEERING COMPANY LTD (MHE),

In line with the Project Monitoring requirement, Me and my team have implemented an integrated Enterprise Project Management Solution based on Primavera Suite of products.

Elecon Engineering Company Limited works in a multi project environment at their manufacturing unit and at their various construction sites, where the portfolio of project is extremely complex. The success of these projects depends on project schedules, effective and closes monitoring of deliverables, quality, team collaboration, resource performance matrix, budgets and costs.

7. STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA LIMITED (SAIL),

Implemented a very high level of Project Calculative & Quantitative Planning, Monitoring, Controlling and Tracking web-based enterprise system, running successfully. Delivered project planning, controlling and live monitoring system for their projects. HVPNL does construction of sub-stations & transmission lines viz; 400kv, 220kv, 132kv & 66kv. Solutions covers Administrative, Contract, Design-Engineering, Procurement, Material Management & Site Construction.

9. HARYANA POWER GENERATION LTD,

Delivered monitor-able construction project planning for their Hissar power plant on primavera. Solution covers micro level (L-4) project planning.

10. HIMACHAL PRADESH POWER CORPORATION LTD,

Implemented two projects (Sawra Kuddu HEP, 111MW, hydro Project & Integrated Kashang HEP, hydro project). The project management solution for HPPCL subsumes time component, resource components and cost components(Level 04).

11. NTPC POWER,

Solution covers the level-04 planning across Design-Engineering, Drawing Management and site construction. NTPC, India's largest power company, Today, it has emerged as an Integrated Power Major, with a significant presence in the entire value chain of power generation business.

12. HUMBOLDT WEDAG INDIA (P) LTD (CEMENT PLANT MANUFACTURER),

It’s a world leader in supplying technologies, equipment and engineering/design services for cement, coal and minerals processing KHD Humboldt through its subsidiaries offers their clients all over the world engineering services, machinery, plants and processes as well as process automation, installation and commissioning. Having productions unit which is in links with their projects. So production planning driven by projects materials/equipments/works requirements.

13. DELHI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT PROJECT,

It is a Delhi International Airport Ltd, this project is very big airport project having estimated cost is more than Rs 5000 cores, DIAL is a joint venture consortium of GMR Group (54%), Airports Authority of India (26%) and Fraport & Eraman Malaysia (10% each).

Here our solution covers the Level -04 plans for their all sub-contractors, Completed synchronization for key dates for all the involved sub-contractors.

14. C&C CONSTRUCTION LTD (ROAD, HIGHWAYS & BUILDING PROJECTS),

It is a one of the construction companies of India, focusing on infrastructure construction segment including highways, airports, telecom infrastructure, and power transmission.
