Technical Director/Field Engineer
Currently operating in the position as Technical Director for pre-outage and outage defined work scopes.
As Technical Director supervised crews from ten to thirty people performing two to five different activities.
Responsible for pre-outage assessments and calculate costs for equipment replacement and repair.
Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma trained in obtaining the best product in the field and manufacturing.
As shift Technical Director and part of an overall team completed outages in milestone deadlines with minimal loss of safety, personnel and radiological.
Provided evaluations for all supervised personnel for performance.
Installed and operated underwater welding equipment to repair cracks in nuclear reactor components.

Assisted in the installation, programming and maintenance of PLC systems on board the USS Chief in accordance with the new SMART ship technology.
Tested, repaired and calibrated PLC systems for MHC class ships as shop supervisor at maintenance facility.
Skilled in troubleshooting 440VAC General Electric Group Control Centers circuits, basic and complex analog/digital signals on navigation circuits.
Experience includes PLC hardware systems and related software, including Honeywell TDC, along with interconnection and networking equipment such as serial and data highway devices for interconnections of disparate control systems.
Repaired, installed maintained and modified electrical/electronic equipment aboard five ships and a maintenance facility.
Responsible in training subordinates in all facets of troubleshooting, repair and professionalism that assisted them to be promoted in subsequent advancement cycles.
In advanced training in three different class ships main propulsion consoles I maintained a budget inventory in an excess of 500,000 thousand dollars each fiscal year. Earned three certifications for each class ship as well.
