Educated the work force and management on the quality assurance system and how to use its principles and processes as a management tool that can enhance their work on a daily basis. Investigated all mishaps in the maintenance complex, by interviewing personnel involved, taking pictures of mishaps, researched and collected documents, recreating incident when possible and providing information to management with recommendations. Reported to management on a quarterly or as needed basis, trends, tendencies, and data analysis from inspections and observations done on the work force, there processes in each work area and safety procedures with equipment and personnel according OSHA and technical orders standards.
