MACS is Mail Order Cataloging System for processing the orders. This is a packaged application running on a HP Server. The features of this application are core to the functioning of the business. This application covers the entire gamut of functionality ranging from Order Capture through Fulfillment, Invoicing and Receipts. I am involved in the maintenance and enhancement of the Product Management module which is a superset of Order Processing, Open Account Management, Return Management and Order Control.
