Provided support to users working at remote locations in terms of connectivity and configuration of the user’s personal computer with Windows OS. Supported Blackberries, which included activation on the BES, troubleshooting and how-to questions. Determined the cause of problems in Microsoft Outlook, error logging, minimizing mailbox size and moving items to a network storage space; worked in conjunction with the Exchange Server team to report any office or firm-wide outages.
