In addition to continuing the web stats reporting as detailed below, the detailed web site analytic reports included trend analysis for user experience, site content effectiveness, technical site performance, and navigation. Liaison to the e-Marketing group (CRM) the establish criteria for database marketing campaign effectiveness. The tools and vendors included WebTrends, Keylime Software, and Akamai for the product downloads.

Enterprise Marketing – Web Infrastructure Architect

Project management for the deployment of the Documentum Content Management System (CMS) within BEA. Additional responsibilities included the reporting of web analytics for BEA’s customer facing web sites. The corporate sites and micro sites (5+), along with 12 European sites were tracked and reviewed in a weekly report to executive management. WebTrends, a server log based stats tool and Keylime Software. Reports were published on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis via email or PowerPoint presentation.

Enterprise Marketing – Web Developer

Primary responsibility included the web development and maintenance for the careers section of the corporate site bea.com.
