ACHIEVEMENTS
• Led a project to migrate the authorization system in VisaNet Brazil, a Merchant Processing Company, from an IBM mainframe to Stratus platform. Led the team managing the integration. VisaNet do Brazil is processing all of the Visa transactions in Brazil and considered one of the top acquiring institutions in the world.
• Led the team responsible for the implementation and support of the different hardware and software developed by Visa to support the dispute resolution process in more than 200 banks in the Latin America and Caribbean region. The implementation of the current application, Visa Resolve OnLine, was performed in record time in Latin America and the Caribbean being the first region outside the US to complete the migration.
• Led a team of seven individuals managing a budget with annual revenue of more than two million dollars.
• Organized the Regional Technical Seminar for several years. This Seminar had an annual participation of more than120 clients from all over Latin America.

Business Leader (Project Management, Business Analyst), Visa Applications Support
In charge of a team responsible for carrying out systems, services and applications implementation projects, as well as providing first level support and initial and update trainings to the operational and system staff of the banks working with Visa in the Latin America and Caribbean countries. Main responsibilities included:
• Leading projects of Visa Systems and Services implementations. These projects consisted in hardware and software installations in the Bank sites and in developing and performing user’s trainings.
• Leading Web application implementation projects to more than 200 Banks, developing and performing users and best practices training.
• Leading hardware and software migrations and new software releases installation projects.
• Providing first level support to Visa systems, services and application users, escalating problems or questions when it was necessary.
• Participating as Business Analyst in the definition of region’s requirements for new releases of applications or systems, according to the needs of the users and the Region.

• Participating as Regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Global Corporate meetings where all new requirements were presented and discussed by representatives of all Visa regions, defining the new enhancements to be developed for new releases or applications.

Responsible for providing technical and production support to the banks working with Visa. The main responsibilities were to provide installation, certification and maintenance support of hardware and software used to process authorizations and clearing and settlement transaction and other Visa applications.
Certified the implementation of 20 banks in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay to the Visa Payment System, including several Visa systems and applications
