Project Description:

CLMP is the Customer Liquidity Management Programme. It is an online DB2 system having Java front and a daily batch at the back. It mainly deals with managing the liquidity, i.e., money for its customer. It aims to provide the business and technical platforms to support a range of Business Banking product propositions to its medium and large scale business customers, which UKBA is unable to provide. It mainly has got three products - Deposit, Credit Aggregation and Pooling, having different methods in each.

CLMP's main functions are,

* Calculating and Settling interest, using variety of methods.

* Producing statements & Rate Change Advices for all the methods.

* Interacting with other systems

1. UKBA (United Kingdom Branch Accounting), which is the owner of all the real sterling accounts for whom the products are being offered to .

2. PBS (Provida Banking Systems) for all the data required - supported by TEFS (Tieto Enator Financial Systems), which maintains the complete DB2 Package and few data service modules.

3. CS (Customer System), which maintains the entire customer related information.

4. SAP - supported by Astron, which completely takes care of printing all the statements
