Lead and facilitate activities between the business functions and the BD manufacturing plants for new product development product improvement projects. Worked on various new product development and improvement projects for insulin pens, pen needles, syringes, lancets, and lancing devices. Led successful projects for implementing thin-wall cannula for use in pen needles and syringes and for eliminating the use of CFCs and HCFCs on the production floor.
