Construction Services/Inspector on the following projects:

• Construction phase of Metering Stations, City of Phoenix. Responsibilities included monitoring of schedule, project coordination between sub-consultants, contractor, and the Client, review of contractor submittals, site inspection, project documentation, and inspection reports.

• Construction phase of ANPP 91st Avenue WWTP 60 mgd Temporary Pump Station, City of Phoenix. Responsibilities included managing of cost codes and project budget, monitoring of project schedule, coordination of construction services between contractor and sub-consultants, field inspection, preparation of sub-agreements, and review of RFI’s.

• Construction phase of 91st Avenue WWTP UP01 facilities and commissioning, City of Phoenix. This task also involved the commissioning of new facilities. Responsibilities included control and operation of 30 mgd treatment plant 24 hours a day, monitoring and operation of facilities through SCADA system, inspection of equipment facilities, response to alarms, and development of inspection reports.

Project Engineer on the following projects:

• Metering Stations design (Solar Powered), City of Phoenix. Responsibilities included development of project drawings, specifications, coordination with sub-consultants, review of sub-consultant work, and coordination with equipment vendors.

• 23rd Avenue WWTP Electrical Master Plan, City of Phoenix. Responsibilities included collection of plant data, site visits to verify equipment, and development of project reports.

• Arizona Nuclear Power Plant (ANPP) 91st Avenue WWTP 60 mgd Temporary Pump Station design, City of Phoenix. Responsibilities included development of project drawings, coordination/reviewing sub-consultant submittals, evaluation of equipment for project, flow analysis and balance, preparation of sub-agreements, project performance plan, project registration forms, and scope of services.

• 23rd Avenue WWTP Regional Capacity Management Project, City of Phoenix. Responsibilities included facility planning, conceptual/preliminary/final design, coordination/review sub-consultant assignments, preparation of sub-agreements, facility master planning, existing plant investigation, and flow analysis.

• SROG Support Services, SROG Cities, Phoenix Arizona. Responsibilities included annual metering station calibration, analysis of flows and loadings, and flow auditing assistance.

• Kyrene Water Reclamation Plant Evaluation, City of Tempe. Responsibilities included review of safety compliance, analysis of existing odor control system, evaluation of H2S detection system, review of NFPA and OSHA standards

• Belmont WWTP 150 mgd expansion, City of Indianapolis, Indiana. Responsibilities included review of hydraulic profile.

• Design phase to replace 9000 feet of water line for the City of Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities included layout of water line, development of connection sequence, review of local utilities, and development of project drawings.

Staff Engineer on the following projects:

• 91st Avenue WWTP UP05 Expansion Project, City of Phoenix. Responsibilities included design of two 35 MGD primary sedimentation basins and upgrades to the existing primary sludge pump station.

• 91st Avenue WWTP UP05 Expansion Project, City of Phoenix. Responsibilities included coordination of the project between 16 different companies, generating interface ID’s and schedules for coordination purposes, and preparation of coordination presentations.
