PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Working with Swazi Paper Mills(SPM) Swaziland, as Foreman since 20th Jan 2005.

Role:

Our mill is manufacturing Kraft & Tissue Paper in Swaziland. I am operating Roll Grinding machine, besides all other conventional work I am looking after workshop machines such as Lather, Milling, Drilling, Shaper, Slotter & Boring machine, CNC Lathe & CNC Milling Operating.

I am operating CHURCHILL ROLL GRINDING machine. This is a precision grinding machine which can camber the rolls as well, it can handle a roll of 5 tonnes weight & face length 4 meter, diameter 800mm.

I am also grinding Yankee cylinders (On sight) for our own company and visit different companies for grinding the Yankee cylinder for tissue machines.

Besides the above I am responsible for day to day maintenance of tissue machine, pumps, vac’ pumps, guides, Pr. Screen deinking plant, Turbo separators, hydra pulper, modifying sludge press.

Worked as mechanical supervisor with Suprada Construction Company(West Cost Paper Mill), Dandeli, Karnataka, India, from April 2001 to July 2005.

Role:

All types of fabrication work & maintenance work.
