Install and repair telephone, cable, and high speed data line

Answering phone in a call center environment

Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows

Learn alarm and fire panel procedures, and location for all buildings; answer alarms and investigate

disturbances

Write reports of activities and irregularities

Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.

Know and adhere to key holder procedures

Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and evict violators from premises if necessary.

Know what doors to lock and unlock at their particular times

Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls

Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
