May 2008-February 2010

• Provided day-to-day project oversight on Aloft Hotel project in Broomfield and Holiday Inn project in Denver while focusing on the management of all aspects of interior build out for public space and guestrooms.

• Successfully managed all aspects of five fast track construction projects from design development to tenant occupancy in the build-out of 90,000 square feet of Class A Commercial Office Space in the Mixed-Use Arista Development.

• Represented owner in negotiation and implementation of work letter agreement while also serving the best interests of each tenant through the evaluation and award process of project professionals, oversight of quality and conformity of construction, on time management of all facets of project schedule and on budget administration of over $5.3 million in cumulative project costs.

• Administer Building Management responsibilities for recently completed 111,000 square foot, Mixed-Use building with ground floor retail and five floors of Commercial Office Space. Responsibilities include oversight and management of all building systems and employees including the coordination of all maintenance, repairs, and related base-building work.

• Supported Director of Project Management in the provision of day to day project oversight, including technical direction, supervision and coordination, for all construction related activities on the build out of 3 commercial offices, renovation of a 60,000 square foot clubhouse in Connecticut and a ground up Federal Aid project for Manhattan College with overall project budgets of 3, 7, 11, 15 and 30 million dollars.

• Established and communicated work scope and goals to project participants including contractors, consultants and client vendor resources. Oversaw participation of these parties throughout project implementation.

• Guided submittal for and receipt of required notices, permits and municipal approvals. Inspected work to ensure conformance with local, state and federal construction codes, laws and regulations. Ensured all work complied with construction documentation

• Scheduled and administered project meetings, reported to clients on progress, and served as liaison between clients and other project resources.

• Coordinated all project phases including due diligence, design development, construction, budget management, punch list and close out in the physical conversion and re-branding of 126 Chase Bank retail branches in the tri state area.

• Worked directly with Senior Manager and Vice President of Marketing for JPMorgan Chase in coordination with contractors, architects, and engineers to establish project requirements, budget, specifications and schedules.

• Served as on site supervisor for all construction, restoration, signage removal and installation for the majority of the Chase Bank sites in the Westchester and Fairfield County region of New York State and Connecticut respectively.
