Construction and Development Project Manager position to implement and develop my knowledge in the competitive construction industry. Able to control scope of work and changes, managing and keeping projects on cost and schedule. Supervisory responsible for ensuring quality, safety, schedules and labor relations. Computer literate and fully bilingual.

Responsible for contract construction of projects assigned on the island. Work includes new construction and remedial work on existing structures. Reviews contract plans/specifications covering all building construction and appurtenant mechanical and electrical installations.

Develops preliminary findings on specifications, estimates, and recommendations for contract change orders and supplemental agreements involving additions and changes in work, designs, methods, materials, equipment, time, and costs pertaining to the construction of concrete buildings, steel structures, roads and highways, culverts, bridges and other structures of the project.

Provides necessary provisions to ensure work quality, administration of contract provisions, and the solution of technical problems during structural site preparation and construction operations.

EXPERIENCE

My experience must have provided knowledge of civil works projects related to construction of concrete, steel pumping stations, spillways, culverts, and bridges and skill in site preparation to find technical solutions under difficult soil, foundation, and climatic conditions.
