• Fusion Hair Design & Day Spa May 10 – Current. Part time receptionist

for a very busy salon, esthetics studio and spa.

• Satgur Developments Ltd. 02/10-04/10. Spent three months with the owner catching up the record keeping and accounting for the 2009 taxation year. Organized all files by construction project and rental properties, installed Simply Accounting and posted much of 2009 entries myself. With no local projects in the immediate future, I accepted the position with Fusion above.

• Wellington Subway – 08/09-05/10....Returned to my former position here as Sandwich Artist, handling all manner of food prep, customer service and restaurant upkeep. Was previously in their employ 03/7-08/08

• Swiss Chalet 08/08-08/09….Supervisor of the Hostesses, responsible for customer relations, seating guests, ensuring servers are well backed up in order to provide a prompt, enjoyable dining experience, take out and delivery orders, and ongoing upkeep of the restaurant.

• Dorchester Hotel 05/06…Dishwasher…Responsible for all cleaning aspects of the kitchen. Also assisted the chefs in vegetable prep and food storage.

• Comfort Zone Foods 03/04…Counter/Sales person. Owned by my parents, this was an extremely busy restaurant/ deli operation, specializing in “Take me Home Meals”. Was responsible for counter service, deli sales, new product promotion, and often helped with the dishes. My parents sold this business in order to relocate our family to Nanaimo.

Specialty Courses and Experience:

• Au Pair Nanny for the Daxl family in Germany. Attended German language courses, assisted not only with their daughter, but also in their five star restaurant, catering largely to the German auto industry.
