Currently, as contractor in Motorola Mobility:

• Carrying out dev test towards customer acceptance of GSM / UMTS / LTE Motorola Mobile devices powered by ODM / Android - Blur technology

• Analysis of different incidences during testing to find the cause of the issue.

• Knowledge on Android SO and Android Apps.

For more than three years at AT4Wireless as Technical Support and after Sales Engineer:

• Checking , Diagnosing and Installing of the "Mobile Integrated telecommunications tester" system equipments

• Dealing with customers complaints by phone, mail, conference calls and remote connections.

• Training to introduce the international customers in the use of the different systems availables.

• Analysis and resolution of different incidences of the different mobile technologies and other wireless technologies like Wimax.

• Coordination of a team to establish fast response to the incidences of the Customers.

• Onsite visit to the customers to promote products of other technologies as well as for new installation or fixes.

• RF Testing for several cellular and wimax devices.

• Experience working with operators/vendors in optimization/RF planning activities

• Database management (Access, etc)

• Experience to spend stays in other countries
