* Reduced amount of product returned RPPM (returned parts per million) from customers; 1,779 to 960,
a 46% reduction in 1 year.
* Keep customer from shutting down operations by sorting and testing 1300 parts at their site rather than shipping parts back to be tested.
* Sorted and tested 2,000+ parts for a government order, enabling them to keep their production running and on schedule.
* Reduced COPQ (cost of poor quality) from 1.35 to 1.20 in 1 year, an 11% reduction.
* Assisted in improving division customer service metrics by improving on time delivery from 79% in 2007 to 90% in 2008, an 11% increase.
